What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. In the event you would like to return an item, please email us at shopreturns@wordfm.org with your order number in the subject line with the reason in the message body. We will send you a return label with instructions on how to proceed.  When your returned item is received and inspected by us, you will be notified on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) which should be reflected within several business days (according to your card issuer's policies).

What if my item is not correct when I receive it?

WordFM Shop stands behind the quality of every item we sell and hope that you are excited to own your gear.  If you have received the wrong item, please contact shopreturns@wordfm.org and we will replace it with the correct item.

What if my clothing item doesn't fit or the color is not what I expected?

You may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color.  A restocking fee will not be charged in this case; however, return shipping costs are your responsibility.  Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
